We are a supplier, not a charity. Nothing you buy from us funds breast cancer research directly. What we do is give you the products at trade prices so that the margin you make goes where you want it to go.
The usual model is simple. A workplace, club or school buys pink stock at cost, sets an RRP that leaves a clear margin, sells them internally through October, and sends the proceeds to a chosen cause. Because you buy the merchandise rather than a licensed product, every penny above your cost is yours to donate.
That also means the choice is yours. Some organisations support breast cancer research, others fund local breast cancer care services, and others give to a cause connected to someone in the team. We do not take a share either way.
Most workplaces build the fundraiser around a wear pink day, with the merchandise ordered a few weeks ahead. Teams supporting breast cancer charities often ask survivors and colleagues who have been through treatment whether they want to be involved, rather than assuming. It costs nothing to ask and it changes how the week is received.
Add your organisation's name, a team logo or a simple message. Screen printing for larger runs, embroidery for polos and caps, and full colour print for detailed designs.
Design your pink rang
Pink apparel is the largest category: breast cancer shirts, polos, hoodies and caps, in adult and children's sizes. Roughly one in seven women will be diagnosed at some point, and women with cancer are often already among the colleagues taking part, so most teams find the cause is close to someone. Beyond that, a pink ribbon pin badge, wristbands, tote bags and blank stock for organisations printing their own design. We do not stock post-surgery or clinical items. For those, go to a specialist supplier instead.
Yes. Most organisations do. A team name, a department, a date, or the name of the person the fundraiser is for. Some organisations print the name of a breast cancer survivor in the team, with their agreement. We will show you a proof before production. If you would rather print locally, we can supply blank pink stock in the same sizes and colours.
Deal with the charity directly. Most breast cancer charities have a fundraising team that will register your event, supply materials to help spread awareness, and confirm how to transfer what you raise. Buying merchandise from a supplier and donating the proceeds yourself is usually more transparent than buying a product that promises a percentage, because you control the amount and can show it.
By early September. Personalised products need three to four weeks, and pink stock in popular sizes runs short as the month approaches.
