Build a welcome pack new starters actually keep. Choose your items, add your company logo, and we print, pack and deliver the finished kits to your office or straight to a new hire's home. From a handful of onboarding packs to several hundred units, we source, brand and ship everything from one place. That means one account, one service contact and one invoice, not five.

Turn our blank apparel and promotional products into a welcome kit that carries your brand properly. Screen printing, embroidery, DTF transfer and laser engraving let you add your company logo to a tote bag, a notebook, a pen or a water bottle, in your own colours and to a consistent standard across the whole set.
Branded items help new employees settle in faster, because they arrive with the things they need rather than having to ask. Most companies start with a core employee welcome kit and build a second line for longer-serving staff. Because every product is held in stock, you can reorder the same items months later and the pack still looks like the one you chose at the start.

A company welcome pack is a set of branded items given to a new employee when they join. It usually combines something practical for work, something that carries the company logo, and a short welcome note or onboarding document. The purpose is simple. A new starter who arrives to a prepared desk and a thought-through kit reads that as a signal about how the organisation treats its people. Welcome packs are also called onboarding packs, welcome kits or new hire welcome kits. A new hire welcome kit and an onboarding pack are the same thing, and the terms are used interchangeably.
There is no fixed list, but most new employee welcome packs include a mix of the following: - Branded drinkware, usually water bottles or a reusable cup - A notebook and pen for the first weeks of meetings - Items like tote bags or a backpack to carry the set home - Apparel such as a t-shirt, hoodie or cap in the company colours - Onboarding documents, a team directory or a first-week schedule - A small gift chosen for the role rather than the job title The items that work are the ones people keep using for three months. A well chosen bottle beats an expensive object that ends up in a drawer.
The first day sets the tone for everything after it. New employees form a view of company culture within their first week, largely from small signals rather than formal induction. It is not just a gesture. A well made pack is a great, low-cost way to make new hires feel expected, and it does three things at once. It gives new hires something useful, it makes the company logo part of their daily kit, and it tells the team that a new person has arrived. Small things make new employees feel expected rather than processed. Companies that send onboarding packs consistently tend to report smoother first weeks and less early attrition.
Most companies build the pack into the onboarding process at one of two points: waiting on the desk on day one, or delivered home a few days before the start date so the new hire opens it before they arrive. Either works. What matters is that the same kit goes to everyone, so the onboarding process feels consistent rather than improvised. Keeping stock of the core items makes that easy to run.
You choose the products, upload your artwork, and we build the custom kits from there. The print method depends on the item: - Screen printing for larger runs on t-shirts and bags - Embroidery for a premium finish on polos, caps and jackets - DTF transfer for detailed, multi-colour designs on textiles - Laser engraving for bottles, pens and hard goods We can work to your brand guidelines and match colours across the set so the whole pack looks deliberate rather than assembled.
Drinkware and bags perform best across almost every sector. Water bottles get used daily, tote bags travel, and both carry a logo well. Beyond that, it depends on how people work. Office-based teams tend to value notebooks, pens and desk accessories. Field and site teams get more from workwear and outerwear. Remote staff appreciate items that make a home setup better, such as a laptop sleeve or a good mug.
Yes. Many companies now send onboarding packs directly to a home address, either because the role is remote or because they want the pack to arrive before the start date. You can send everything to one office for internal distribution, or provide multiple delivery addresses and we will handle the split. Each pack can be packed in its own box so it arrives ready to hand over, and we can print a name on the box if you want it to feel personal.
Minimum order quantities vary by product rather than by pack. Some promotional items start at a single unit, while printed apparel usually has a minimum order tied to the print run. In practice, most companies order enough packs to cover a quarter of hiring and reorder as needed. If you are unsure, request a quote with your expected volume and we will confirm the minimum order for the specific items you have chosen.
A simple kit built around a bottle, a tote bag and a notebook typically lands in the low single-digit pounds per pack at volume. Adding branded apparel moves it higher, and a premium onboarding gift set with a jacket or a tech accessory higher again. Pricing is tiered, so the cost per pack falls as the number of units rises. The largest single saving usually comes from ordering one print run for the year rather than several small ones.
Yes. We stock organic cotton apparel, recycled RPET bottles, bamboo accessories and recycled bags, and a growing part of the promotional range carries recognised environmental certification. Eco friendly gifts also tend to be the ones staff keep, which makes them a reasonable choice on practical grounds as well as environmental ones.
Stock items are usually dispatched within 24 to 48 hours, because we source and hold the full line ourselves. Personalised products need production time on top, typically a few working days depending on the print method and the size of the order. If you have a fixed start date, tell us when you request a quote and we will work back from it.
Give them the tools before they ask. A welcome kit that includes the basics removes a dozen small frictions, and giving new hires a clear first-week schedule removes a dozen more. Introduce new team members to the wider team early, and pair them with someone who can answer the questions people are reluctant to raise with a manager. The pack helps, but it works best alongside a process.
Start from what your teams actually do rather than from a catalogue. A company whose staff are outdoors most of the week needs a different pack from one whose people are on video calls all day. Two things help. Ask recent hires what they wish they had received, and keep one item in the pack that is specific to your company rather than generic. That single considered choice does more for company culture than a larger budget spread across items nobody asked for.
Yes. Apparel is available across a full size range, and most products come in multiple colours so you can match your brand. You can mix sizes within a single order, add items to your basket individually, and request a quote for the full set before you commit.
