White is the most neutral cover colour: it doesn’t compete with your brand, so every logo colour comes out true to the original. It also gives a clean, modern impression, and it’s a favourite for anyone who decorates their own notebooks using sublimation, HTV vinyl or DTF transfers.
Prefer something more formal? Compare with our black notebooks, where a light logo stands out sharply.
White comes in all the main notebook types:
Most white notebooks are A5 (14.8 × 21 cm), the standard for meetings and client gifts. Browse our A5 notebooks for the full-size range, or our A6 notebooks for something pocket-sized. There are also B7 notepads for quick memos.
The range is wide: PU, recycled PU, cork, bamboo, recycled carton and milk cartons, plus unusual covers made from sugarcane, tea-leaf waste or straw fibres. Specialist options include an antibacterial A5 notebook, a recycled polyester notebook made for sublimation, and office sets with sticky notes. Pages are lined, plain or squared depending on the model, and the page type is stated in each product name. If you need specific details such as paper weight (GSM), send us the product reference and our team will confirm.
Browse our full range of custom notebooks to see every model that can carry your logo. Depending on the model, you can choose from screen printing for bold colour blocks, pad printing for simple logos, digital printing for detailed or multicolour artwork, and laser engraving on cork and bamboo. Keep your artwork clean, use few colours and a short message for the best result.
Buying wholesale from Wordans cuts out the middlemen: the more you order, the lower the price per notebook. Several models are also sold in packs of 10 or 100. Add a custom pen or a tote bag to build a gift set, and see our company welcome packs and wider promo products.
Our selection of white notebooks features a diverse range of high-quality materials to suit different professional needs. You can choose from durable PU (polyurethane) hardcovers that offer a leather-like feel and sophisticated appearance, perfect for corporate gifting. For those prioritising sustainability, we provide notebooks with covers made from natural cork, bamboo, and 300D or 600D recycled polyester (RPET). The internal pages are typically made from 70 g/m² to 100 g/m² paper, with many options using recycled ivory-coloured paper for a premium writing experience. These materials are selected to ensure durability, a professional aesthetic, and a high-quality surface for various branding techniques.
Yes, these white notebooks are specifically designed to be printable and customisable for promotional purposes. A white writing pad provides the ideal neutral background for vibrant logos and intricate designs. Depending on the specific model and material, you can choose from several printing methods to achieve the best result. Digital printing is excellent for full-colour designs, while screen printing and pad printing are ideal for bold, solid colours. For a more tactile and premium feel on PU covers, laser engraving or resin doming can also be applied. These customisation options allow businesses to create unique branded merchandise that effectively represents their corporate identity.
We offer a variety of sizes to accommodate different usage scenarios. The most popular choice is the A5 notebook, which provides a balance between portability and ample writing space, making it ideal for office use or seminars. For those who need something more compact, we offer A6 and B7 sizes that fit easily into pockets or small bags for on-the-go note-taking. Regarding the page layout, you can choose between lined sheets, which are perfect for structured writing and journaling, or plain sheets, which are preferred by designers and artists for sketching. Many of our notebooks include 160 to 192 pages, providing long-lasting value for the user.
