The right fabric decides how a tee feels, wears and takes a print.
- Cotton is the everyday choice: soft, breathable and easy to care for. A few styles are 100% cotton, and cotton features in about half the range. It’s the most reliable base for printing and embroidery.
- Polyester and performance fabrics are lighter and dry fast. They suit sports clubs and active teams; some styles are moisture-wicking and quick-dry.
- Stretch and blended fabrics, with elastane or viscose, add comfort and a closer fit.
- Piqué is the textured knit used in long sleeve polos, a smarter option for hospitality, retail and front-of-house teams.
A few things to check when choosing:
- Weight. Styles range from light (up to 145 g/m²) to heavier (195 g/m² and over). Lighter weights suit layering; heavier ones feel more substantial.
- Fit. There are fitted and slim fit cuts for a close silhouette, plus relaxed styles.
- Neckline. Crew neck dominates, with 10 of the 11 styles.
- Details. Raglan sleeves, buttons and a tear-away label appear on some styles.
