Buying A5 notebooks in bulk: your questions answered

How do I get a quote for branded A5 notebooks in bulk?

Use our Customisation Tool for items that can be customised with no minimum quantity: you can upload a logo, add text and see the price instantly. For other projects, every product page has a quote request button, and our team replies within 1 business day. You can also use our bulk order form or email sales@wordans.co.uk, and tell us the model, quantity and printing method.

Browse all our custom notebooks first. For other projects, every product page has a quote request button, and our team replies within 1 business day.

Are the pages lined or plain, and what is the paper weight?

The page type (lined, plain or squared) is stated in each product name. For paper weight and cover finish, send us the product reference and we’ll confirm the details before you order.

How long will a bulk order take, and can I see a sample first?

Allow a few extra working days for printing on customised items, on top of our standard delivery. Some products can be personalised with no minimum quantity, so you can order a single printed sample to check the quality before committing to a larger order.

Is there a minimum order, and where do the price breaks start?

The minimum depends on the model and the print method, and is shown in the Customisation Tool or confirmed in your quote. Prices drop as quantities rise, and some models come in packs of 10 or 100.

Can I order plain, unbranded A5 notebooks in large quantities?

Yes. Many models can be bought blank, for example to brand yourself or to resell. For large volumes, or a mix of colours, request a quote and we’ll confirm pricing and stock.
