    You send the artwork, we produce the branded products, and nothing in the parcel carries our name. The promotional merchandise can be delivered unbranded to your studio, or shipped directly to your client with your own paperwork.     Pricing on promotional merchandise steps down as the order quantity rises, and the discount applies per product rather than per invoice. Agencies running repeat campaigns for the same client can consolidate volumes across the year to hold a better rate. Your account management team will build a costed shortlist of branded promotional products against a budget per head, which is usually faster than pricing each promotional product separately.
    How long does production and delivery take? + -
    Most of the range is held in UK stock rather than shipped in from China or the Far East, which is the difference between an express turnaround of a few days and a six-week wait. Standard promotional merchandise printing runs to a published lead time; express production is available on a selection of branded products when a launch date moves. Delivery across England and the wider UK goes by UPS and other carriers, and orders into central London can be scheduled to the day.
    Do you offer eco-friendly promotional products? + -
    Yes, across the whole range. Organic and recycled cotton on tote bags and clothing, recycled RPET on bags, recycled aluminium and glass on water bottles and travel mugs, and recycled paper on notebooks and pads. Eco friendly promotional merchandise costs slightly more per unit and gets discarded far less, which changes the real cost per impression on a campaign rather than the invoice. If your client has a sustainability commitment to report against, tell us and it will change which promotional items we recommend.
    Can you deliver directly to my client or to an event? + -
    Yes. To save you handling the boxes twice, we can ship branded promotional products straight to your client's office, to a trade show stand, to an event venue or to any address you nominate. Split deliveries across multiple sites are possible on larger orders of promotional merchandise, which suits national campaigns and multi-site brand activations.
    What is the difference between promotional products and branded merchandise? + -
    In practice the terms overlap and most agencies use them interchangeably. Promotional products, promo products and promotional merchandise usually describe branded items given away to build awareness: promotional pens, tote bags, lanyards and event giveaways. Branded merchandise leans towards products designed to be kept or sold, which is where printed clothing, premium notebooks and travel mugs sit. Corporate gifts is the third term, reserved for higher value client gifting. The distinction matters less than the brief: what changes the recommendation is the audience, the volume and the budget per head, not the label on the category. We offer a wide range across all three.
    Can you match Pantone colours and handle complex artwork? + -
    Yes. Send vector artwork where you have it and our design team handles the rest, including redrawing a logo lifted from a website. Every promotional product goes through a digital proof before printing, so the design is signed off before anything is committed to production. Pantone matching is available across most of the range of branded products, and where a print method cannot hold an exact colour we will say so at proof stage rather than after delivery. For an agency this is the part that matters: the promotional merchandise printing has to reproduce the design your client already approved, not an approximation of it.

    For event giveaways the constraint is physical. Whatever you hand out has to be light, cheap enough at volume and easy to carry around a hall, which is why promotional pens, tote bags, notebooks, lanyards and mints still do most of the work.
