Returns:
Need to return all or part of your order? No problem! Just email customerservice@wordans.com within the next 15 days of receiving the order, with a complete list of all of the items you would like to return, including style numbers, colors, sizes and quantities. Please include your order number. We will reply with return instructions.
Be aware that for returns to warehouses W4 and W7 (both in the UK) you will be in charge of the shipping fees, and a 10% will be deducted from the total amount refunded, in concept of restocking fees.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Be aware of:
Custom fees will be charged when returning items to our European warehouses
Altered garments are not returnable – this includes washing!
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Returns must be authorized by Wordans prior to sending them back.
Returns without a valid RA # will be refused.
Returns must be requested within 15 days from receipt.
This is a policy firmly enforced by our warehouse, and includes any claims made for incorrectly shipped/damaged product.
Items must be sent Freight Pre-Paid (you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs). Make sure you hang on to your tracking information until you’ve received your refund!
Please allow up to 10 business days for credits to be processed to original method of payment.
