Cancelations:

Once your order has been placed, our goal is to get it processed as fast as possible. If you need to cancel your purchase, give us a call or send us an email within 24 hours and we will see what we can do! In the event of a cancellation, your money will be credited as a Wordans coupon code.

Refunds:

Upon receiving a refund request, the Wordans team will always do its best to solve the problem at hand. Any refunds will be issued in the form of a credit. Our customer service team does its best to contact clients’ whose orders are incomplete. We print what you send us! Please note that we do not satisfy refunds for orders submitted with low quality image(s) and shipping information errors. We will be happy to help by offering an alternative solution.

Orders that cannot be printed due to copyright infringement or failure to adhere to our conditions will not be refunded. A full credit will be made towards another order.

Returns:

Every product ordered at Wordans is created just for you. Because they are custom made, by you and for you, returned goods cannot be resold. All Wordans products are thoroughly tested to ensure superior quality. If unexpected errors occur, notify us within 7 days of receipt of your product and we will take the steps necessary to evaluate the problem.
